The Panel's initial nominations have been narrowed down to YOUR OFFICIAL nominees by your voting! The top vote getters in every category return here to be ranked by you. On this page, you will find links to those official nominees in each of the Awards' people's choice categories. You will also learn how to fill out your ballot to select the Echo winners.
More voting instructions appear on the VOTING FORM, which is linked to at the right, underneath the category lists. I suggest openning the voting form while you look through the artwork. Voting concludes on Sunday, July 11th. If you want to take your time looking over the nominees and deciding which to vote for, please feel free to; you have plenty of time. :)
You will be RANKING the official nominees in descending order, starting with the piece you feel is the BEST in each category (followed by second best, then third, then 4th, and finally 5th). This may seem tedious, but is a best way to find the artwork that everyone *most* agrees should win.
Old Info for Initial Nominations:
The Art Awards received over *500* artwork submissions, consisting of the My Little Pony Community's very best artistic endeavors. The community-elected Art Panel (click the "panel" link in the navigation above to learn about them) spent the last 2 weeks pouring over the list of submissions, selecting which pieces of artwork they felt should be nominated in every category (click the "category" link above to learn about the categories). Their votes were tallied by the Vote Counters (again, ::points up and grins::) and here we are!
Each category has 2 divisions - People's Choice and Technical. YOU voted in the People's Choice section of the art categories. You can find links below to the initial nominees as they appeared before being narrowed down to the Official noms. The Art Awards is the community's awards ceremony, so it's only natural that you were able to decide the FINAL nominations. You chose the *5* nominees in each category that you felt were the best.
To view a TEXT LIST of ALL the nominees in the Award click HERE This could be very useful n keeping track of who you want to vote for. Just copy and paste into a text editor. I suggest viewing the actual categories pages first though; it's much more exciting with graphics, lol.
