May 05: The Public can begin submitting their artwork to the Art Awards. Also, Panelist applicants may apply for a panelist position by submitting their work

May 16: Panelist application process ends. The applicants' work will be assembled into portfolios, and the Public can begin casting their votes for which applicants will earn a place on the Panel.

May 30: Voting for the Panel will end, and the new editions to the Art Panel will be announced. Artwork submissions will also end, and the newly elected Panel will begin immediately looking through all submissions to choose the initial nominees in all Awards categories.

June 06: The Initial nominees for all Peoples' Choice categories, and the Official nominees in all Technical cateogires will be revealed. The public can immediately begin voting to narrow down the 20 nominees in all Peoples' Choice categories to 5 Official nominees.

June 19: Voting for the Official nominees in Peoples' Choice categories ends.

June 20: The Official Peoples' Choice nominees will be revealed, and the public can immediately begin voting for the winners in every category. The Panel will also begin voting for the winners in all Technical categories.

July 03: All voting ends.

the week of July 04: The winners in all Art Awards categories will first be revealed in a live chat ceremony, and then posted at the Awards website.
