"How do we choose the winners?"
Customizer os the Year works slightly differently than any other Award. Both the People [zat's you] and the Panel has equal say in this category; the cummulative People and Panel votes are worth 50% each of this categorie's final tally. Say, for instance, "Customizer A"
wins 50% of the Peoples' vote. That will then equal out to being 25% of the total vote.
