"Baby Princess Taffeta" by Nightlight
|
Baby Taffeta was the very first Princess Baby I ever made. She was made in summer of 2001.
|
"Baby Princess Tiffany" by Nightlight
|
This little sweetie was the third in my line of Princess babies. She was made from a horrid Baby Bouncy, and I am so pleased with how her symbol turned out. As you can see, I liked her so much I even made a full set of accessories for her, including an appropriately scaled bushwoolie.

"The *Real* Daddy Berrytown" by Nightlight
|
I was disturbed that Hasbro didn't make "true" male ponies in the male "Clydesdale" mold. I was rather pleased with how he turned out, although the hair dying process was 3 months in the making.
|
"Baby Princess Moondust" by Nightlight
|
Baby Moondust is perhaps one of my very favorites of all the Princess Babies. Her symbol turned out to be a wee bit fragile but darnit, that's a difficult shape to master.
|
"Baby Sugarberry [Newbie]" by Nightlight
|
Baby Sugarberry in new-edition form!
|
"Daddy Quackers" by Nightlight
|
He turned out so very nicely, after his body had been bleached and detoxed he was quite bright white. The rainbow hair was a hassle, as most daddy ponies can be to hair, but it was well worth it, and I was quite pleased at how intricate the symbols look. Those were some skinny little lines!!

"Candy Newborns" by Nightlight

Baby Candy
This little treat was so much fun to make. I've actually made two of her, one in the crouching pose, one in the walking pose. I definitely think the walking pose one is my favorite though.
Baby Licorice
Baby Licorice was somewhat of a trouble maker... her symbols never seemed to look right and I'm still not happy with them but overall I like how she turned out.
Baby Lollipop
Baby Lollipop turned out just lovely I thought. I've always wanted the real thing and didn't have any good pics to work from other than fuzzy web graphics, but I think she's a very very close match anyway.

"Daddy and Mommy Clipper" by Nightlight
|
number in set: 2
Daddy Clipper is another commissioned pony. I struggled long and hard with his symbols because believe it or not, those sailboats have to be just right or they look "off." But overall I like how he turned out, even though he got off to a really bad start. His wife is shown below as well.
Daddy Clipper

Other Works:
Daddy Glory This guy has got to be one of my very favorites as custom daddies go. Normally I am not so sad to see customs go, but I almost didn't want to send him to his new home!! He was made from a very icky daddy mold that had mold, a missing ear and lots of nasty scuffs. I managed to fill in many of the deep marks with modelling compound and then filed down the rough spots. Grafted his horn on and then painted him a lovely flawless eggshell white. It contrasts so beautifully with his vivid dark purple hair. I had trouble making his purple streaks of symbol completely glittery so I created a nice dark metallic purple, and added a glitter silver star. This guy was also quite durable as my daughter knocked him down off the shelf repeatedly. To see more of Daddy Glory, go HERE
Newborn Baby Hopscotch

This little sweetie was another one of my first newborns. I just like everything about her, and Hopscotch has always been a favorite pony. The colors just go together so... nicely. I was very pleased with how she turned out.
Baby Medley

This was the second pony ever that I created a backcard for. She was a commissioned pony. Her paint matched so perfectly with her mum's and she just looked so happy up there with her. I wanted the symbols to be more precise but glitter is not my forte these days. I had considered Metallic symbols but settled on the glitter instead.
Newborn Baby Blossom

Newborn Blossom was my first of the collector ponies. So many people overlook Blossom because she is SO dirt common and can be a wallflower at times. But I had a little lavendar dyed bait that I just couldn't quite decide what to do with, so I created a newborn Blossom. I am so glad I left her hair long. So very very cute.
Baby Princess Primrose

Baby Primrose is another one of my favorite princess ponies. the fourthin the Princess Baby series I've done. Her symbol is very very intricate as you can see from the picture. Took a few hours to make just the symbols alone. She turned out so pretty, just like her mum! To see more of Baby Princess Primrose, go HERE
