JediMasterLisa [Princess Silverswirl]
Why should you be a Panelist?
I enjoy customizing ponies, and I like to think I do a pretty good job of it. I've been customizing for a long time now, so I've had plenty of practice. :) Enough practice, anyway, that I do know quality work when I see it, which I think would be my strongest asset as a Panelist.
Bubbles [standing]
Made from an old Sundance, miss Bubbles was made as a lark expressly for Spooshie for the 50MBP contest. I didn't think she'd make it to Round 2 of the contest, much less make it to the 10 finalists. It's been a major honor.
Baby Carousel
My first ever custom carousel pony. I do not know who she belongs to now. Just a pretty little thing. :) I hope whoever has her now has given her a nice name. Technique of creation: puff paint painted over with acrylics.
Baby Golden Autumn

She was part of a huge batch of commissioned ponies I must admit to my shame I never finished. That's why I do not accept commissions for customs anymore. That aside, I am very proud of her, though I cannot claim the credit for her beauty : her owner told me what design she wanted, and I merely carried it out. Technique of creation of symbol: White glue brushed on with a superfine brush, gold glitter and oceans of patience. My technique for glitter symbols has since changed since the way of doing it I just described turned out to be about as long-wearing as the factory's way of doing it, i.e. not at all.
Newborn Baby Heart Throb
Heart Throb is my favorite pegasus, and I'm glad I was able to make her as a pretty little newborn baby :) Again, I don't know who has her now.
Carousel New Editions
I made a complete set of the first 5 new edition ponies as carousel ponies, two of which you see here. I'm very proud of these gals. :) Mixed methods of creation, all of which involve puff paint applied over several rounds, and acrylics.
Baby Princess Starburst
She was made on a whim, just to see how well silver puff paint could duplicate the 'metal' of a Princess jewel. Tinsel in hair is standard Christmas tree tinsel.
Baby Bubbles

I made two different ones of her. One now lives in England, the other is in parts unknown :) (Can you tell Bubbles is one of my favorite ponies?)
Baby Truly

Baby Truly is the oldest custom listed on this page; she was probably made in 1996 or 1997. I no longer know who has her. I hope it's someone who likes BBEs *grins* Symbol was painted freehand with Liquitex acrylics.
The Black Spy

Her opponent the White Spy is her symbol. If you look closely you will notice there is a lit stick of dynamite about to hit White Spy's head. Sort of a twisted Yin-Yang thing going on here. [Based on the Spy Vs. Spy comic strip from Mad Magazine]
Tipsy

Well, her FACTORY NAME *is* Tipsy,...
and in my pony games, she is the town lush... so her boring little reedy cattail symbol needed changing into something more appropriate. So I painted the dancingest, drunkenest, pink elephant I could... *hic* The mugs of beer are Playmobil, and her eye and nose were digitally altered. *hic* *grins*
