You will NOT rank Webdesigners to select an Echo winner. Instead, you will simply cast your vote for the one designer you feel should win this Awards. The commulative Public vote will be worth 50% of the final deciding tally for this Awards. Public vote will be split into percentages. Should "Webdesigner A" get 50% of the Public's vote, in example, they would then receive 25% of the final vote. The Panel's commulative vote will be worth the other 50% of this award. Each Panelist's vote is therefor worth 10% of the final tally.
Webdesigner of the Year should be someone with vast knowledge about the art of webdesign. Content and Design for a Webdesigner's work should be top notch. This person, in your opinion, is the person that has best contributed to the My Little Pony Community through their use of webdesign, and whose work is simply incredible.
