What qualifies you to be a Panelist?
I have been using HTML fluently for close to 6 years, and study Graphic and Interactive Communication at Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, FL . During the summers I intern at a marketing company in Connecticut as their web builder/guru.
On Fluttering Wings
The home page for my main posting character, Moon Bug, utilizing the colors of my character as the basis for the site. I limit extreme graphics for the sake of some visitors' slower connections, and attempt to keep all graphics under 20K in size. The main purposes of the site are: to allow people to learn about me, to instruct visitors on how to enter my contests, and to provide them with a place to learn about and order my customs.

The website for my CoED character, Nofre. It is designed using basic elements of Egyptian scroll design, modified slightly for a more contemporary look. The purpose of the site is to showcase artwork and to introduce Nofre to the site's visitors.
Artists of Ponyland Gallery
A gathering place for the artists of the 'internet' Ponyland. I want to encourage artists to draw and encourage people to recognize the talented artists we have in our community. The basic colorscheme of the site is kept at a minimum in order to create a background, not a competitor, for the showcased artwork.
