Here you will find the Panel Applicants for the My Little Pony Awards [Websites]. My thanks to those who have applied; thank you all for sharing your work and time with the Awards.
Voting:
You will choose 5 applicants to be on the Panel. The top 5 vote getters will become panelists. You should vote for those Applicants that you feel have the most understanding of website composition as well as those that have a grasp on design. Technical ability should definately play a part in your decision.
boils down to this:
*Who do you think is the most qualified to break open someone's website, have a look-see at all of the parts, and determine its quality?
*Who do you think has the knolwedge of of HTML and Graphics to be able to judge another's work effectively?
*Ask yourself: "Self, what makes a perfect webdesigner?!" The 5 Applicants presented her that best fit your criteria are the 5 people you should vote for.

NO POLITICS! NO AGENDAS! NO STRATEGY!
You will NOT vote for any applicant based on anything other than the merits present here. You will NOT vote for an applicant based on whether or not you think they will score your own Sites better than another. You will NOT vote based on your perceived judgement of others' voting [for example, deciding not to vote for someone because "everyone else will vote for this person, so I'll give a sympathy vote to my 6th favorite instead". This could easily hurt a deserving applicant.] If I sound harsh, that's because I am very serious. There's a lot of crap that goes on in the My Little Pony community, both underhanded and in the open. The My Little Pony Awards will have no part of it. The Awards is a fair and honest organization, and by disregarding the rules listed above, you show that you do not support honesty or fairness. Capiche?
Integrity is the most essential quality a Panelist could possess. The only outside influence that should affect your voting is whether or not you know an applicant to not have integrity.
