Basic Auction Information:
The Auction will run from March 02, 2007 (Friday) until 7 PM, Tuesday, March 06. [Eastern time, United States]

BIDDING:
This Auction uses traditional bidding methods rather than Proxy bidding. (When bidding with a Proxy, like on eBay, your bid is adjusted with previous bidders' bids. In my auction, however, your bid is taken at face value; if the high bid on an item is $4, and you want to bid $7, the high bid for that item will then be your $7).

Bids: Bids will be made via the bidding form on the "Bid" page, or by email to mlpawards@yahoo.com. (Please read the Terms of Service and Bid pages for important information before bidding).

Bids will move in incriments of $0.50. For example, if an auction has a high bid of $4, you must make a bid of at least $4.50. You can naturally bid as high as you like, but remember that the amount you bid is the amount considered.

If two people bid the same amount for an item, the person whose email reaches me first becomes the high bidder. I will email the second bidder to let them know their bid did not qualify.

Buy It Now: I have stolen borrowed eBay's "Buy It Now" idea. ::grins:: Each item has a "Buy It Now" price. If you choose to use the BIN for any item, the auction ends immediately and the item is yours for that price. (If multiple people BIN an item before I can update the site, the first Bid Form to reach me will be considered, and I will email all other BIN bidders.)

When someone bids on an item, the Buy It Now price does not disappear immediately. Someone who is inclined to BIN an item still has that option, regardless if an item has bids or not. The Buy It Now will option will disappear when the bid for an item reaches 80% of the BIN price. If, for example, the BIN option is $10, once the bidding gets to $8, BIN will no longer be available.

Bidding will conclude at exactly 7 PM Eastern time on March 06 (Tuesday).

What you can expect from me:

You can expect that I will run this Auction fairly, simple as that. Bid and buy with confidence :D

You can excpect that I will strive to make the Auction process as easy for you as possible, and will take great care to ensure that things run correctly, smoothely, and fairly.

You can expect prompt shipping relative to your payment speed.

What I expect from you:
Most importantly, I expect that if you bid on or buy an item you follow through with the transaction and pay me. I expect that you will pay within the timeframe I specify in the TOS section. I expect that you have read and understand the Auction rules; if you have a question, please email me for clarification.

I expect you to use an active email address when bidding on any items. There will be occasions where I might need to contact you - I will contact a bidder if they are outbid. I will contact winners when the auction concludes.

To view all the items I have up for auction, click the "Items" link on any page of this site. Items are split into several distinct categories - click on the category you want to browse. Items are listed vertically. This is also where you can gather information such as current bids and who is high bidder on each item. Click the thumbnail of each item to see a more detailed page, showing large pictures and detailed discriptions of condition.

To view my "Terms of Service" in which I detail shipping methods, payment methods, and other post-auction dealings, click on the "Terms of Service" link on any page.

To place a bid for one or multiple items, simply click the "BID" link on any page. This link takes you to a form to fill out and send to me. You can also bid via email, after reading instructions on the BID page.
